DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND ITEMS ON SALE CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

OUR RETURN POLICY ENTITLES YOU TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS COUNTING FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. WE DO OFFER A REFUND UPON RETURNS AND AFTER REVIEW ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY. YOU CAN OPEN THE PACKAGE AND CHECK THE CONTENTS. HOWEVER, THE PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNUSED WITH HANG TAG ON. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND. IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR A REFUND, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, PLEASE ALLOW FOR A FEW DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO TAKE PLACE.

RETURN COSTS ARE TO BE INCURED BY THE CUSTOMER, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED BY ALLEDJO’S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IN CASE, THE  ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN PERFECT/UNSUED CONDITIONS WITH THE HANG TAG ON, IT WILL, NOT QUALIFY FOR REFUND. ALLEDJO MAY DISCRETIONALLY OFFER THE CUSTOMER A DISCOUNT/VOUCHER FOR FURTHER PURCHASE.
